The aim of the site is to examine aspects of British life, culture, customs and history and will deal with anything pertaining to Great Britain and British civilisation.

There are topics of general interest such as English and Scottish soccer, premiership football teams, patriotic songs, Christmas carols, the monarchs of Britain and the history of British towns and cities and others more specific such as stately homes, churches and cathedrals, hymns and Bible Study.

There is also a directory of churches and hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfast accommodation. A recent addition is our directory of holiday parks, caravan and camping sites near the places of interest mentioned.

This site contains nothing that might cause distress to children and is therefore suitable for the whole family.
