Nick & Stella offer you a warm welcome to The Lawns, a fully licensed family run establishment, which is completely NON-SMOKING, in the popular resort of Sandown, Isle of Wight. The establishment is of a high standard and offers great value for money.

The Lawns was built in 1865 and has ample parking for over 15 cars, and with only a stroll to the beach you can leave your car in the safe knowledge that our premises are protected with CCTV.

We will do all we can to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Facilities at The Lawns

The establishment has a mixture of Family, Double, Twin Ensuite rooms. For the few bedrooms without ensuite facilities, there are the benefit of public showers & WC rooms. The bedrooms are furnished with colour televisions, hospitality trays and heating for all year round accommodation. There are also ground floor ensuite bedrooms available.

Also available are cots, highchairs, sterilisers, baby monitors, disposable bibs and bottle warmers.

Children can play safely watching the fish in the ponds, while Mum and Dad laze in the charming south west facing gardens which enjoy the sun for many hours of the day.

7th September - 8th November 1-2 nights £30.00, 3-4 £29.00, 5-6 £28.00, 7 or more £26.00

All prices are for an ensuite room per person per night(min 2 adults or single supplement applies) for Bed & Breakfast inclusive of VAT.
We have a policy of, longer you stay, cheaper it becomes per night.
Basic Rooms available at reduced rates.
The table above gives an indication of our tariffs for the year, but please enquire for exact tariff for your intended stay, as special tariffs and/or minimum length of nights may apply for particular times of the year. E.g. Bank Holidays or special offers.
Rooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.
